Susanne Lynch

With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Susanne services both sellers and buyers. Her experience in working both sides of a transaction helps her zoom in on the big picture to help her clients on either side of the table.

A licensed Realtor since 2004, Susanne Lynch is a Certified Distressed Property Expert and has earned her Certified Local Market Expert. In 2018 she earned her Senior Real Estate Sales designation as well. Susanne was born in Indiana and loves having those Midwest roots. She has lived in Arizona full-time since 1982, the whole time calling the east valley her home while living in Tempe to east Mesa throughout the years. She has two grown children and six awesome grandkids who keep her young. She loves her two cats, doing crafts and quilting, and is involved in various community service projects. Susanne specializes in the Phoenix/east valley area.
