In addition to serving clients at a high level, Scott leads the Klaus Team organization. Scott develops new marketing products, organizational and operational systems, human resources, financial analysis, strategic planning, brand management, and business development. Scott is a licensed Arizona associate broker and hosts the popular State 48 Homeowner Podcast.
Scott is passionate about the East Valley community. He has volunteered with Mesa Police Department for fifteen years, and previously volunteered with Mesa Fire and Medical Department for five years as a crisis counselor. Scott is a member of the boards of directors of the United Food Bank and Klaus Team Cares and past chairman of the City of Chandler Citizen’s Panel for Review of Police Complaints and Use of Force where he served for over nine years. He is also a member of the Arizona Child Abduction Response Team task force. He has served other non-profit boards in the past including churches, charter schools, and community organizations.
Scott enjoys coaching and teaching real estate agents across the country. He teaches undergraduate business and economics courses as well as MBA marketing and business planning courses. He is also an accomplished musician on a variety of instruments.
He is a California native who has lived in Arizona since 2004. He has a M.A. from Fuller and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. He has two amazing kids and a dog named Daisy.
