We’re confident that your Klaus Team buyer agent will do an excellent job finding the perfect home for you. But, if things don’t work out and you don’t love your new home, we promise to sell it for you for FREE. We offer this guarantee to minimize your risk in buying your next home.
The Details
- Call us today and let us know that you want to work with a Love it or Leave it real estate agent.
- We’ll set you up with a free home search account at klausteam.com and provide you with a free home search app.
- We’ll help you secure financing if needed and help you narrow down your search and find you your next home.
- After you close on your new home purchase, you will take possession and live in the property for at least three months.
- If you don’t love it, notify us in writing between month 4 and 12 that you don’t love your home and you’d like to activate your Love it or Leave it home buyer guarantee.
- Once you notify the agent that helped you buy the home, they will begin the process to represent you in listing your home. Your Klaus Team agent must also represent you on the purchase of your replacement home.
